Education opportunities
Youth in grades 6-8 are invited to participate in confirmation during faith formation on Wednesday evening in the dining hall.  This 3-year commitment covers 
  • Apostle's Creed
  • Ten Commandments
  • Lord's Prayer
  • Old Testament
  • New Testament
  • The Life of Jesus
​Students are placed in small groups of 5-6 youth led by a volunteer guide.  In addition to the educational component, relationship building is central to confirmation.  The classroom setting provides an atmosphere of sharing and experiential learning as Pastor Martin tries to help students find the intersection of faith and real life!
Fellowship opportunities
Due to the fast paced classroom setting, the following events are encouraged throughout the year to compliment the weekly experience.
  • Pseudo lock-ins - Friday evening gatherings providing fun large group games throughout the church
  • Overnight lock-ins - Same as a pseudo lock-in only overnight! 
  • ​Luther Park recharges - break up the winter blues by going to camp for a camp led retreat (4 normally offered)
  • Youth Quakes weekend retreat - the spring time event frequently takes us to the WI Dells for a full weekend adventure!​
