We view confirmation not as a graduation, but rather a transition into high school ministry.  Despite their busy schedules, balancing school, sports, drama, music, and employment, we want to make sure that God still has a place in the lives of these older youth.  Check out the following opportunities!

• Youth in Action - this group meets on Sunday a month from 5:30-7:30 pm.  Food is provided and fun is had by all!
• Mission Trip - open to incoming freshmen through graduated seniors, this summer experience has taken us to Nashville, TN and Cincinnati, OH in recent years.  Youth will find themselves volunteering in several capacities with other youth groups from across the country.  A mountaintop experience indeed!
• National Youth Gathering - every 3 years the ELCA brings high school youth from across the country by the tens of thousands together to experience dynamic Christian musicians, amazing national speakers, and meaningful service opportunities to leave an impactful  footprint.  Join us in 2024 as we head to New Orleans!
• Overnight lock-in - come to St. John's for a full 12-hour experience of junk food, gaga (trust us, it's amazing!), unique worship, and a whole lotta laughter!
